RSNA Education Scholar Grant

Інформація: Education Scholar Grant to provide funding opportunities for individuals with an active interest in radiologic education

Requirements:

- Applications are accepted from individuals throughout the world.
- Applicant must be an RSNA Member (at any level) at the time of application. If the applicant’s membership category is Member-in-Training or any other non dues-paying category, the scientific advisor or one of the co-investigators must be a dues-paying member. Check your membership status, or become a member today - visit the RSNA Membership Web site for details.
- Applicant/co-principal investigator(s) must not be agents of any for-profit, commercial company in the radiologic sciences.
- Applicants may not submit more than one research or education grant application to the RSNA R&E Foundation per year.
- Recipients may not have concurrent RSNA grants.
- Supplementation of funding from other grant sources must be approved by Foundation staff if not described in the original research plan. Awards from other sources may be approved by Foundation staff if the investigator submits a satisfactory plan to address any budgetary overlap.

Budget:
One year grant of up to $75,000 United States Dollars (USD) for salary support and/or other project costs. In exceptional cases, grants for up to two years will be considered.

The European school of radiology

Інформація: The ESOR Visiting Scholarship Programme (Europe) offers qualified trainees the opportunity to get to know another training environment and to kick off an interest for subspecialisation in radiology. During three months of training the scholars will be provided with a structured, modular introduction to different subspecialties and will be supervised by a specialised tutor in a pre-selected, highly esteemed academic training centre in Europe.

SDMS Foundation Sonography Advanced Degree Scholarship

Інформація: The SDMS Foundation Advanced Degree Scholarship Program provides a $2,500 scholarship to a deserving sonographer who has a minimum of two (2) years full-time sonography experience and has been accepted or is currently enrolled in an advanced sonography-related degree program (Bachelor, Master, or Doctoral) including, but not limited to, degrees in management, health, education, etc., in an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Scholarships can be used for tuition, books, or education fees.

3)Accepted or enrolled in an accredited sonography educational program leading to a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree. Scholarships are only made available for enrollment in educational programs located in the United States.
4)At least two (2) years full-time experience as a sonographer.
5)Fully completed the SDMS Foundation Advanced Degree Scholarship online application, including required essay questions and required attachments (including Federal Student Aid Report (FASFA)) before the application deadline.
6)Only one SDMS Foundation grant (i.e. one Certification Examination grant OR one SDMS Annual Conference grant) and one SDMS Foundation Scholarship may be awarded to the same individual within a calendar year.
7)An individual may receive the SDMS Foundation Student Scholarship and the SDMS Advanced Degree Scholarship up to one time each within their lifetime.

Young Researchers Grant ESSR

Інформація: In order to encourage research on musculoskeletal topics by young researchers, the European Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology (ESSR) has decided to create two research grants that will be awarded to young researchers to develop their projects in the field of musculoskeletal diagnostic and interventional imaging.

Speciality:

Requirements:
Projects can be proposed by ESSR members in good standing who do not normally exceed 35 years of age. (Researchers who start their career later in life will be considered using their training dates to judge an equivalent period of experience.)
- All projects should be mentored by a senior ESSR member who will be in charge of overall supervision of the project.
- Each project should have a maximum length of one year although six additional months may be requested.
- Each ESSR member can propose only one project per year.

Budget:
ESSR will devolve the sum of up to Euro 7.500,00 to this initiative divided into three grants of Euro 2.500,00 each. The sum will be awarded directly to the ESSR member and not to his/her department/university.
Grants will be transferred to recipients with the following timescales:
– 40% when the research begins, as communicated by grant recipient;
– 30% after six months activity, upon presentation of interim results;
– 30% when the research will be published in a peer-review journal.

Exchange Programme for Musculoskeletal Imaging Fellowship

Basic training (Module I) with expert from European society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy
